Janasevaka Scheme In Bangalore By The Karnataka Government – An Overview
The pilot phase of the Janasevaka scheme in Bangalore was launched by the Karnataka government in the year of 2019. Only residence of Bommanahalli, Dasarahalli, Mahadevpura and Rajajinagar constituencies could benefit from the Janasevaka Scheme In Bangalore until recently.
Starting from November 1, 20201, the Janasevaka program is made available to residence of Bangalore excluding the ones residing in Anekal. Currently, the below departments offer the Janasevaka services:

Karnataka Janasevaka Scheme – Book Slot And Track Status Of Application
How to book a Karnataka Janasevaka slot through the official website portal?
To book a slot on the Janasevaka web portal and avail its services, follow the steps given below:
Step 1: On the Janasevaka website, click on the “Book a Slot” option.
Step 2: Select the service and check the service charges as well as the service delivery date. Select the documents you can show for verification. Enter your name and mobile number, then click on “Get OTP”.
Step 3: Validate your OTP.
Step 4: Fill in your address details.
Step 5: Select a date and time for the Janasevaka officer to visit you according to availability and click on “Book Slot”.
Step 6: You will receive a confirmation message on your registered mobile number.
Step 7: A Janasevaka officer will be assigned to you. He or she will visit you at home on the decided time and date to help you with the service. You will be required to make the payment to them once the service is completed.
Step 8: The documents will be sent to your home once the application process is finished.

To book a slot with Karnataka Janasevaka Service via a call center, refer to these steps.
Step 1: Dial the toll free number 08044554455 and specify the service that you need.
Step 2: The call center executive will explain the details of the service you requested along with the service fee, the necessary documents, etc.
Step 3: Confirm your request and the executive will book you a slot depending on the availability. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number that is to be shared with the Janasevaka officer on the day of the delivery of service.
Step 4: The assigned Janasevaka officer will visit you at your home on the decided time and date to assist you with the requested service and its respective forms and documents. He or she will also collect the service and department fee at the end.
Step 5: Once the service is fulfilled, you will get a confirmation message on your mobile phone.
Step 6: Upon the completion of the application process, your required documents will be delivered to your doorstep by Janasevaka.
How to book a Karnataka Janasevaka Service slot through the Mobile One app?
Here’s how you can book a slot with Karnataka Janasevaka Service through their mobile app.
Step 1: Download the Karnataka Mobile One app. Android users can download the app from here while iOS users can download the app from here.
Step 2: Log into your account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one easily by filling in your email address and mobile number. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and submit to set a password for your account.
Step 3: On the homepage, click on “Jana Sevaka”.
Step 4: Enter your address and point your location on the map. Click “Proceed”.
Step 5: Fill in the details like Username, Address, Pincode, Landmark, and Ward. Then click on “Book Slot”.
Step 6: Select the service required and click “Proceed”. You will be shown the service and the department fees. Click on “Proceed” again.
Step 7: A list of documents that you have to submit in hard copy will be shown. You can proceed only if you have those documents.
Step 8: Select a slot date that is convenient for you and click on “Proceed” to confirm your booking.
Step 9: A Janasevaka officer will visit you on the booked date to assist you with the service, and scan and upload the documents. You will be required to pay the service and department fees to them at the end. Once the application process is complete, the documents will be delivered to you in the next few days.
How to track Karnataka Janasevaka application status on the portal?
To track your application status on the Karnataka Janasevaka portal, follow these simple steps.
Step 1: On the Janasevaka portal, click on “Track Your Application Status”.
Step 2: If your application belonged to the Revenue Department, enter its application number on the space given on the left side of the page. If your application belongs to another department, click on “Track Your Application Status” under “Check Your Application Status Under Other Departments”.
Step 3: You can choose to track your application through your application reference number or your OTP/application details.
Step 4: If you select “Application Reference Number”, enter the application reference number and the submission or delivery date. Enter the CAPTCHA and submit to view the status of your application.
If you select “OTP/Application Details”, you will be asked to select the service you have applied for. Enter the CAPTCHA and click “Submit”. Enter your registered mobile number and click “Submit” again to get the OTP. Once you verify your OTP, the status of your application will be displayed.
