Step 7: Fill in your address and personal details as required in the form. Upload proof of age document and click on the Save button.

Step 8: Click on the Send OTP button and then enter the OTP as received via SMS. Click on the Verify OTP button.

Step 9: To add more members to your Parivar Pehchan Patra, click on the “Add Member” button. Follow the same steps as for the Head of the family to add their details to your family ID.
