Step 4: Review your details and click on the Send Verification code button
Step 5: Enter the Verification code as received via SMS on your mobile phone and email. Create and confirm a password. It must contain at least 1 upper case character, 1 lower case character, 1 numerical character and 1 special character. Enter the captcha code and click on the submit button.
Step 6: Login to your account with your Login ID and password
Step 7: You will be directed to a User DSC Enrollment page. Click on Signing Certificate.
Step 8: Your digital certificates will be automatically listed. Select the appropriate certificate and click on the Ok button.
Step 9: A new page will open indicating the successful DSC enrolment. Click on Next
Step 10: Click on the submit button for Registration Documents
Step 11: Click on the icon under document name and upload relevant documents. You will need to enter your DSC pin to digitally sign the document. Click on the Submit button.
Step 12: A new page with registration fee details will be displayed. Choose a payment option to pay this fee.

Step 1: Visit the Delhi eprocurement website. You do not need to log in to download the BoQ format. You will need to log in to submit it.
Step 2: Navigate to the tender you want to submit. If you are logged in to the portal, you can mark the tender as a favorite for easier navigation
Step 3: Scroll down to Tender Documents and download the zip file
Step 4: Extract the BoQ and save file without changing the name
Step 5: Open in excel with Macros enabled
Step 6: Enter your details and the rates and taxes in appropriate columns
Step 7: Click on the Validate button
How to submit a Delhi e procurement tender?
Here’s what you need to do to submit a Delhi e procurement tender.
Step 1: Log in to the Delhi eprocurement website. You will need to enter your DSC pin to verify the user ID
Step 2: Navigate to Search Active Tenders to view a list of available tenders
Step 3: Click on the box on the right column of your chosen tender and set tender as favourite
Step 4: You will be redirected to the My Tenders page. Click on the icon under the View column for a tender you want to submit
Step 5: A new page will open with all relevant details for the tender. Click on the Continue Bidding button
Step 6: View and pay the EMD fee. This needs to be paid offline.
Step 7: Enter the payment instrument details
Step 8: Click on the icon to upload technical documents.
Each document must be uploaded individually according to the required list
Step 9: Click on the icon to upload finance documents. This is the tender BoQ. Select the relevant file and click on Sign and Upload
Step 10: When all files have been uploaded, the two icons below tender covers will have a green tick. Click on the Next button.
Step 11: Review the documents and click on Submit/Freeze bid

Step 6: Enter a reason why you want to withdraw your bid. Click on the upload icon to attach a letter to the tender inviting authority. This must be a pdf file.
Step 7: Sign the uploaded document with your DSC pin
Step 8: Click on the Submit button and confirm your withdrawal. You will then see a withdrawal bid acknowledgement.
