AP Bus Pass – Get An APSRTC Bus Pass Online In Andhra Pradesh

To apply for a new AP bus pass online, refer to the steps given below.
Step 1: Go to the APSRTC home page.

Step 2: From the options displayed, select “Click Here for Fresh Registration”.
Step 3: You can choose either “Student Pass Above SSC” or “Student Pass Below SSC”, depending on the category you fall under.

Step 4: A new page will open with an online application form. Fill in your personal details, details of your institution, and the bus route you will be taking. The total cost of the bus pass will be shown after you have entered your route details. Click “Submit”.
Step 5: You will receive an application ID along with the completed form. Save and print the form.
Step 6: Take the printed form and get it attested by the Head of your institution. Attach a copy of your photo ID and submit the application at your nearest APSRTC bus station to receive your bus pass.

Follow these simple steps to download the AP bus pass application.
Step 1: Go to the APSRTC home page.
Step 2: Depending on the category you fall under, select either “Click Here to Download Student Pass Above SSC Application Form” or “Click Here to Download Student Pass Below SSC Application Form”.
Step 3: You’ll be able to download the application form in PDF format immediately.

You can get the AP NGOs bus pass application form from here or you can go to the APSRTC website, select “Click Here to Download NGO’S Application Form” and download it from there. Print the form, fill it, and bring it to your nearest APSRTC bus station with a valid photo ID to get your AP bus pass.

For an AP bus pass renewal, follow these steps.
 
Step 1: On the APSRTC website, select “Click Here For Last Academic Year ( 2020-2021 ) Registered Students”.
Step 2: A new tab will open where you can choose to renew your AP bus pass either through your Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Aadhaar number, previous registered ID number, or online registered ID. Select an option and enter the information before clicking “Submit”.
Step 3: The details you entered during your bus pass registration will be displayed along with your photograph. Make corrections in the information, if any. Check the route and the price before clicking on “Submit”.
Step 4: Similar to the new bus pass registration process, save and print the form. Take it to your nearest APSRTC bus station and receive your new pass.

APSRTC will provide free passes for boys up to class VII or age 12 and for girls up to class X or age 18.
