NBPDCL Bill Payment Online – How To Pay North Bihar Bijli Bill

You can pay your North Bihar electricity bill online using the NBPDCL quick bill payment option. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to pay this method:
Step 1: Click here to go to the NBPDCL quick bill payment page.
Step 2: Enter your Consumer Account Number (CA Number) > Click on the Submit button.

Step 3: You can now see your latest bill details on the screen.

Step 4: Enter your email ID > Enter your mobile number > Choose a payment gateway > Click on Confirm Payment.
Step 5:  A summary of your payment details will appear on the screen. Verify the details and click on Pay Now.

Step 6: Based on the payment gateway you have chosen, you will see payment methods such as debit cards, credit cards, Internet Banking, UPI, etc. Choose a payment method of your choice.
Step 7: Complete the transaction using the payment method you have chosen.
Step 8: Once you have successfully paid your NBPDCL power bill, you will get a transaction receipt. Download and save it. You can also download your NBPDCL bill receipt from here.

To check check your NBPDCL bill online, follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Go to the NBPDCL bill check page.
Step 2: Enter your CA Number (Consumer Number). You can find it on your electricity bill. Click on the Submit button

Step 3: Your latest NBPDCL bill details will appear on the page. You can see the due date, bill month, amount, previous payment amount, etc.

Follow the steps given below to pay your Bihar bijli bill  using NBPDCL app:
Step 1: Download NBPDCL app by clicking here.

Step 3: Enter your CA Number > Verify

Given below is a step by step guide on how to make NBPDCL bill payment online using Suvidha app:
Step 1: Download Suvidha app by clicking here.
Step 2: Open the app > Choose the option for electricity bill details. (check the image given below)

Step 3: Choose View Bill, Receipt & Payment. (If you wish to pay without registration, choose Instant Bill Payment and proceed as per instructions)

Step 4: Enter your CA Number or Consumer ID > Click on Verify.
Step 5: Your consumer details will appear > Enter your mobile number > Enter your email address (optional) > Click on the Save button.
Step 6: Once you are successfully registered, the home screen will appear again. Click on View Bill, Receipt & Payment.
Step 7: Your consumer details will appear. Click on it to view your bill summary.
Step 8: Verify the amount > Click on the Pay Bill button. This will take you to the payment page.

You can contact NBPDCL customer care number on 1912. It is a centralized, toll-free helpline number for all complaints and queries related to bill payment and power supply.

You can check your NBPDCL power bill, by giving a missed call to 7666008833 from your registered mobile number. Once you give a missed call, you will receive your bill amount and NBPDCL bill receipt on your phone. (Check the next question to know how to register your mobile number with NBPDCL.)

A: You can register your mobile number with NBPDCL by following the steps given below:
Step 1: Give a missed call to 7666008833 from your phone.
Step 2: You will receive an SMS saying that your mobile number is not registered. The SMS will also have a link and an OTP to register the number.

Step 3: Click on the link you have received. This will take you to NBPDCL mobile number registration page.

Step 4: Choose North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited > Enter your CA Number > Enter the OTP you received via SMS > Click on Register Mobile Number.

Step 1: Go to NBPDCL online complaint registration page by clicking here.
Step 2: Fill in your name, contact details, etc. > Choose a complaint category and sub-category > Click on the Submit button.

You must be a registered consumer to view your NBPDCL bill history. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to register and view your North Bihar electricity bill history:
Step 1: Go to the NBPDCL bill payment page.
Step 2: If you are a registered consumer, log in using your credentials. If you are a new customer, click on New Consumer Registration.
Step 3: Once registered, log in to your account > Click on Bill & Payments on the left side of the page > Click on Download Previous Bills.
